HOW SURIMI IS MADE

How surimi is made

“Briefly, in conventional surimi processing the raw material is minced, mechanically deboned, washed with water, strained, dewatered, cryoprotectants added and the product packaged and finally frozen in blocks until used.” (Sciencedirect.com)

Our production process is monitored strictly by our Quality Control Team and retested at our laboratory to ensure the qualified standard before shipping out.
We use analysis techniques for quality control in laboratory. Texture analysis, whiteness meter and test kits are equipped for testing toughness, elasticity, gel strength, whiteness, impurity, and moisture. Samples of each batch are stored for counter tests later.
